My experience is great because I’m able to use it as a topper for my dogs regular food. The downside is it. It’s so expensive that I would never be able to switch him to the food all together so it’s hard to know if there’s any difference.

My 2 dogs are almost 11 years old and are starting to slow way down. Since starting them on this food, they have shown a marked increase in activity and everyday energy. They love the food too and actually come running when they hear me prep their food bowls. Very happy with the food.

Two very picky Boston Terriers went from putting their noses up to food (or having to be hand fed) and having loose stools (not fun to pooper scoop) to devouring the food when the dish hits the floor and firmer stools. Absolutely love this food - wish it came in a 40 lb bag!

My dog loves the food, the shipment came when and as expected. I do understand that with such focus on the best of ingredients, cost becomes a factor, and this is one disappointment, that I can't afford to make this my dog's full meal. I add some to the food she has been eating and I give her some bites as little treats even because she loves it so much. There are too many emails for my busy life and already overflooded inbox, however I'd rather emails from you/this company than most of the others I get :)

What made my experience great?: I supplement the Superfood Beef Formula with homemade frozen raw food. My dog has had a little larger and healthy softer bowel movements. I attribute that to the change from freeze-dried treats to Badland's products. I believe it's due to more moisture; likely pumpkin and fiber, in addition to healthy whole foods, herbs, and spices. Norbu is food driven and absolutely loves the continuous training incentives /lunch. What I think you are doing right might depend on the answer to the next question. Your advertising looks wholesome and amazing, in addition to a few vitamins. My question is why the Calcium Carbonate (man-made chemical?) instead of naturally sourcing bone and eggshell? This ingredient seems high on the list of ingredients. I'm not a scientist or dietician. My goal is to eat and feed my animals as wholesome as possible. Also, I'd love to see a Mixed Flavors Superfood Complete :). I really do admire your product, but my dog really wants the raw CAT food and I believe it's because it is a mix of meats. In addition to the organ meat, some bone-in meats, and 3% plant-based material, my muscle/flavor meats include chicken, salmon, turkey, lamb, eggs, and sardines or herring. I realize the cat ratio isn't the diet for my dog, however, I think he likes the mixed meats. Thank you for the best-premade product I've found recently. I look forward to your reply regarding flavors and Calcium replacement. Overall, Badlands Ranch Superfood is the perfect addition to my 1-year-old Tibetan Spaniel's training routine, as well as our on-the-go hiking and camping needs. Thank you, Diana

I am impressed with Katherine Heigl's animal donations to the charity in memory of her deceased brother and her family's love of animals. I have carefully reviewed the ingredients in her products and am equally impressed by their content and quality. I feel air dried foods retain most of the taste and nutrients yet kill the pathogenic germs. I feel Badlands Ranch dog food is a well run company.

My 2 dogs, Tazi & Roxy are doing very well on the Superfood from Badlands. Tazi had intestinal issues that sent her to the vet on a few occasions. Her stomach issues have improved greatly ! Both my babies enjoy the Superfood & the dehydrated treats. Tazi now goes to where I store their food & treats & will bark to let me know when it is mealtime & treat time. They both have more energy, better tummies, & really like the products! Thank you for making these fine products!Jodi
