Zero customer service! Took payment including 2 day international delivery for non custom items (already in stock so no wait while they make them). Followed up 4 days later with an email/ticket asking what lead times I should expect. No response from them at all despite numerous follow up emails and tickets, days apart. I would honestly just avoid these as they don't respond and don't demonstrate any customer consideration at all.

Honestly, their service was amazing for me. Heaps of people seem to be complaining about shipping times for products but the thing is they even state that processing times may vary. If it's a clearance item it won't take as long as a custom order. As for if you get something right before Christmas you're a fool if you expect to obtain it at Christmas. They are hand cast toys. So the time of order processing is going to be longer due to an increase in orders. I noticed that this website seemed to have a very low rating, most of which is just due to customer ignorance, people being impatient sometimes a mixture of both. Don't get me wrong there are a few kinks that could be repaired but I wanted to level out the rating to try and make it fairer to the company.

Ordered beginning of December, knowing it would take up to 4 - 5 weeks for them to finish the order 4 weeks later I wanted to change something to the order so I contacted them. This went smoothly and an extra payment was easily made. Wait another week and my product came in the mail, with all the requested changes. The quality is superb and it's packaged very nicely. Good job Bad dragon!

They make the best toys around and their customer service is really reliable. They even made a toy in a color that was out the season. Excellent company and best toys around!

I have ordered multiple toys from bad dragon and as of currently, they are the only adult store I will buy from. Their custom orders can take a VERY long time, the longest I've waited is 12 weeks, but it was worth the wait and the bad dragon order information states that orders may take an extended period of time. I have made orders from the clearance (toys that have flaws) section, and these orders were shipped same-day. Every ticket I've submitted has been answered within two days (normally just a few hours) and they have been very kind & informative when answering mundane questions. One order did have a flawed coloring, but I was contacted and the toy was re-poured for free. As someone who works with similar materials, these things happen. It's not enough to deter me, even if it doubles the waiting time. They are a small company and I have no doubt that how effectively your issue is taken care of depends heavily on the individual answering your ticket. I'm lucky in that I haven't had a single bad experience with BD, and I hope it stays that way! I whole-heartedly recommend them if you're a patient person! But please don't disregard bad reviews, be aware that these companies do have their risks!

Good Quality and Great Customer Service! I've been a customer of them for two years now and the experience has been great so far. I bought a custom fade Nova from BD two years ago and since then, my collection of merch has piled up. I've ordered backpacks (bigger size than anticipated but really high quality! Very durable and spacious), clear c*m lube and regular c*m lube, stickers, plushies, lil vibes, bullet vibrators, etc. The customer service is very helpful too. A year ago, I bought a bullet vibrator from BD and my cat got a hold of it before I even got to use it. After the wires were torn to shreds, I spoke to customer service and they sent me a new one right away at no charge. It was simple and they were very polite. I'm not one to usually leave reviews for things but this is honestly a company I can stand by. I really appreciate the attention to detail with their merch and toys and their positive customer service.

Because there is something for everyone and well that's a welcome change and the products are the best quality
