two months and it's still in "processing order". Plus the refunding rules are absolutely fishy. Should've read the reviews first because man that's awful.

Been nearly 3 months since I ordered. They mailed me 2 weeks ago asking if a defect in the toy was okay- I said it was fine. So the toy is technically done. Still not shipped yet. Weeks later. Not a peep. Not sure what’s taking them so long but it’s insane and the wait time listed on their website is just a lie. I’d recommend taking your money elsewhere. Many more competent and good toy makers who can fill this niche and don’t have completely awful customer service and 3-4 month wait times.

Placed my order January 9th, and its been 8 weeks with the only communication is me asking where my order is. And receiving a copy / pasted response that My order is "waiting its turn". Quoting us 4-5 weeks, and taking 8 weeks. and by the reviews posted here 4 months. is absolutely unacceptable. I will NOT order from this company again. The ONLY solution to this problem is telling the customer base a REALISTIC time frame. Being upfront and honest about your order backup. Telling us it will take 8... 9..10.. 12 weeks. Telling us 4 weeks and shipping at 12 weeks is insanity. You will not recover as a business if you keep this up BadDragon.

I ordered my Tucker December 9th. It is now March 3rd and just yesterday it is finally on the way. I waited 3 months to complain and contact them, to which they told me similar to what other customers have stated. "Handcrafted, longer to make, etc. When I did finally contact them, they said it was because the color of my choosing didn't pass inspection. Honestly, the pic that they sent of my product looked fine so I'm not sure what the inconsistency was yet. They did refund me me the 15 dollars for the specialty color, but at this point I feel like it was a coverup for their own mismanagement of making orders. Tell me why it shipped a week after I contacted them. And why they didn't contact me first if there was a problem with my order. I understand they fill a niche of fetish, but their business practice is not on par. They shouldn't promise a 6-8 week delivery on custom products when the wait, on average, is double that. I came to them on the recommendation of a friend, but I will not be giving them my business in the future.

4 months for an order to process. Ridiculously long wait time and unhelpful customer service staff. I get that there was a holiday, but for a business as busy and profitable, HIRE NEW STAFF TO HELP MAKE ORDERS. There is no reason to take as many months as it took.

Worst customer service. I have been waiting 2 months and this is the response I got from them. Thank you for contacting us! At this time, your Hunter is still waiting to be made, but we're working as fast as we can to have it done for you. We are currently experiencing delays due to a higher level of orders. There are many customers waiting similar timelines and we are doing what we can to get each addressed within a reasonable amount of time. I am sorry for any disappointment with your wait, but this is why our timeline is listed as an average and not a guarantee. Our toys are all handmade, which means we do not use robots or machines, and we have a high standard of quality that can impact the time taken on each order. We can not guarantee that every order will be complete within the desired time frame, but we strive to do so each and every time They act like it's not their fault, plus come on. You took my money months ago and I still have no product. This is the worst service I have ever seen. Don't buy from them.

Have been a customer for over 4 years. Recently though their orders have not been shipping in their projected timeframe. When I ordered my product, nearly 3 months ago it said to expect 4-6 weeks. Needless to say I have emailed them and their responses have not inspired confidence in their company. Makes me wonder if they are actually even shipping, or just taking customers money without any products shipped. Buyer beware.

Been waiting for 2 months. Sent an email for an update and was told it could take up to 4-5 weeks. I'm starting to think they don't know the difference between a week and a month.
