I love these toys and they’re obviously going through a rough patch. Best thing they could do is update their turn around time to be honest, which is that the wait is currently around 12 weeks or more. If you purchase from them, keep that in mind.

Reason for buying, expectations: I have used bad dragon toys before that my partner bought on clearance himself, since they seemed like decent material and I liked how unique the molds were, I decided to order my own custom. Details on my order: I ordered a custom medium sized, medium firmness Apollo with suction cup, c*m tube, and two color fade on March 31, 2019 which cost me $160.00 initially, $172.46 after shipping. Shipping and Status experience, disappointments: BD Just now got in touch with me this morning, June 5th, 2019 and the colors are wrong. It should have been pastel pink and blue and it’s basically hot pink and neon blue. This may seem silly to some, but I as a customer paid extra for this customization and for it to be correct, and after waiting two months, it’s very disappointing. To Bad Dragon’s credit they emailed me realizing this was incorrect, and asked me if I still wanted it and if I didn’t want it redone they would refund me $25 for the error, or I could choose new colors and they’d recast it. Who knows how long it would take to get it recast, so I chose to take it as is and get the $25 back. Overall opinions and alternatives: Some people have noted how silly it is to be upset with the wait time and I agree to an extent, but BD does not adequately list an accurate wait time which (in my opinion) should be 1-3 months, based on mine and most people’s experiences, instead they list 4-5 weeks. Sorry, but keeping someone’s money tied up in something that long without giving them a reasonable expectation of it, alongside it not coming out as ordered, is not proper customer service. While the toys are good quality and I most certainly will still use mine when I get it ( whenever it ships) I urge you all to look at the clearance options first to save time and money, or look into other fantasy dildos on Etsy which are often much cheaper, ship faster, and are made of the same sorts of body safe silicons and rubbers.

I placed an order on January 25th. This is still in progress. On a request to the support on February 22 and repeated queries, I still have not received any response. I have already paid over $ 135. This is absolutely not customer friendly. Finally I got my order but a bit too late on March 14th. But In still have Not revceived an answer to my ticket.

In a nut shell i ordered a product Mid February 2019. It took a few days for the international money transfer to complete. I have been in correspondence with them since simply trying to receive a purchase order and receipt of the money i paid. To date i have received no receipt. Not sure how this will go? I simply have been told they will look into it. The order was aprox $277 American dollars. I prefer to move forward with receiving my product. However without their acknowledgement of receiving my money even pursuing a refund is out of the question. Updated 7th March. Have received correspondence today and now have order number. I still do not know why i never received email from bad dragon at time of order in the form of receipt and order details. I am so happy just received email my order has been shipped.😗

Bad dragon has a great line of products despite being outrageous in price! The huge downside to bad dragon is there horrible customer support, and product manufacturing times! Ive sent around 5 emails maybe more to there customer support for an update on my purchase which i have yet to recieve a response for around 2 weeks of emails! This will be my 3rd purchase from bad dragon and my first 2 products had custom coloring and i recieved both in 4 weeks! This is the end of week 4 with no updates on manufacturing times or shipping times so quite a substantial difference between my previous and current purchases!

I placed an order six weeks ago. So far I have sent three request for order status and have received nothing but automated replies. This customer service is unsatisfactory by any business model. I am beginning to wonder if I have been ripped off Update I received a reply on 12/16. Was told one of my ordered items was made but no word of second item or when they would be shipped. As of today 1/2, I have received no product or word of when I would. Order arrived today 1/17 The product is wonderful, the wife loves it. Great product, horrible business model and customer service
