I order ovipositor and egg come BROKEN INTO TINY PIECE How am I meant to face hugger my gut gusher when egg are broken? I ask for new egg and GET NOTHING BACK >:^<

First and last time I will ever purchase from them. I placed two “flop” items in my cart. I honestly only wanted one but figured since I was already ordering I would get some options from them. I go to check out and it asks me to make an account. I make the account and need a confirmation email. I had to refresh my hold and still didn’t receive the confirmation. They only give you a few minutes to complete these orders so I sent it through as a guest and got the confirmation that I had ordered two items totaling a little over $300. Almost an hour later I finally had the confirmation email so I Confirmed my account. To my shock the order I placed now showed one item (the add on not even the one I wanted) and a billed total of $144! I immediately attempted to use their online chat function, nope it is disabled. I sent two tickets requests in asking what was going on here. Now I’m seeing that they won’t refund or let you cancel orders after 24 hours but the automated email I received said it could be 3 days before they respond. Hopefully this works out but I’m still shocked that they would modify an order without any notice!

I ordered a product from bad dragon. They took my money and I never received the product. When I contacted them, they said that UPS must have lost it and I would have to contact UPS. Needless to say I still have neither my order nor my money. I don’t believe this is a legitimate business and would use caution before sending them money.

So this WAS a wonderful business that I patronized at least once a year for many years. Then the pandemic hit so they changed things up for the safety of their employees.... and never went back. What's the big change you might ask? Well, before, you could order your own custom toy whenever you liked but then there was a wait period of several months because they got backlogged from so many orders. That led to a lot of negative reviews because people were always complaining about how long it took for their order to be made then shipped. Now, they've solved that problem by not allowing you to even order a toy. Literally since March 2020 if you go to their website you are greeted with a wonderful drop down message that states: "Our queue for custom toys is now full. Thank you for your orders! If you're still interested in purchasing our toys, check out what we have in stock by clicking on this banner." Since spring of last year ANY TIME I go to bad-dragon.com that's the message I get. And since about Jan of this year, they're always almost out of any "inventory", which is just toys that someone else ordered and changed their minds or toys that have something wrong with them, aka a "flop". So their old business model was take orders whenever they come in and suffer bad reviews for taking so long to fulfill and ship said orders. They solved the issue of people complaining about long order wait times by simply just not letting people order lol. Now you have to be in some sort of elite, privileged group of people who know exactly when they plan on opening for orders. Once they do, they fill the next 4 months worth of orders in a few moments then shut down the ordering portion of their site again. The average consumer has no way of knowing if or when they might be allowed to patronize this business. Who would have thought that you'd need to know someone on the inside just to even order a fake dragon dick? TL:DR They've solved their issue of taking forever to fill orders by limiting when people can order and then still taking forever to fill orders.

I have so much to say. Their customer service department is terrible. I ordered 2 items and after waiting several months, wanted to know if my order had even been made yet. They first told me it had been made and should be shipped soon. About a month later I tried again, only to be told there was no way of knowing whether it had been made or not or when it was going to ship. Took over 4 months to receive my purchase. The photos on the site look great, but the toys themselves are disappointing. They're big, and that's about all they've got going for them. The colors are dull, the textures are even duller. The toys are heavy. I don't believe the toys are made of the best material possible. I have several silicone toys from other sellers that are more durable. Compared to these toys, bad dragon dildos are sticky (they'll even stick to each other), and collect all kinds of debris (dust, fabric, etc), they leach color from whatever they're touching (left one of the toys in the box with a paper from bad dragon, and it leeched the color from the paper. Also stored one with another bad dragon toy, which it leeched color from.), and they just don't feel nice. I don't believe they're using as high a grade of silicone as they claim. All in all, their dildos are over priced, disappointing, possibly not body safe. Their customer service department is rude and useless. Not only would I not buy from them again, but I'd recommend everyone else avoid them.

I purchased a penetratable toy and it arrived with a bunch of air bubbles inside which could collect liquid and bacteria, making it unsafe as it cannot be sterilized between uses. Customer support outright refused to help me with this, saying that "due to unique challenges with soft silicone" they don't offer any warranty on their penetratables. This isn't a warranty issue; the item arrived with manufacturing flaws! Take your business elsewhere unless you want a really expensive, non-body safe toy. Horrid customer service aside, Bad Dragon is expensive and has a super long lead time on custom orders. There are plenty of smaller stores which offer higher quality, cheaper fantasy toys which will arrive much faster. Seriously, just buy somewhere else.

They tried to promote their website in a competitive CS:GO match. When they were about to lose, they started hacking. And their website gave my computer virtual aids. Don't buy from they; They seem really scummy, especially when you play with them.

Have ordered from BD a few times over the years, decent toys. The customer support is by far the worst I've ever had the misfortune of coming across. My toy was most likely improperly cured and would grip like a tyre, after taking it to sexperts in my city they said it was unsafe and to throw it away, and after comparing it to another of the same toy from someone I knew I decided it was completely unsafe and to throw it away. Once contacted back from BD I was told that their "artisans" where basically incapable of making a mistake and completely disregarding what the sexperts who where actually able to inspect it in person had to say. After a long back and forth I was also told "we can confirm the toy to be within our standard" and Jesus Christ if that doesn't make me never want to buy from them again, then nothing will.
