My overall experience with this company has been horrendous. I order a gift for my wife. While placing the order at no time did it state the manufacturing and shipping time would be between 4-5 weeks? I even paid for next day shipping to make sure it was delivered on time. I opened a ticket to check on that status of my order. A month later… ticket closed with response solved. Nothing was solved still no item or shipping date. They just took the order and my money and nothing no number to call. Simply put I was robbed.

Ordered. Paid. 49 Days, no info. Sent email. 5 more days, nothing. Sent another email. 4 more Days, nothing. Sent email to cancel my order. In 15 minutes got my order cancelled. Now waiting for refund. 1 Star for fast cancellation. Other than that, would never order again

Ordered my item in late December before Christmas, 2018 payed the fair for express postage with a 300 dollar order. It's 17th Jan today and still no shipping has been confirmed keep getting same b/s excuse that it's a backlog blah blah. Don't buy from these scammers I've written off my money. As I highly doubt they will be coming through with the deal. Stay away!!!

I ordered a toy for my g/f on black Friday 2018. It was a custom made dildo. Was hoping to have it by Christmas. December rolls by and no shipping notification. Contacted them thru the only way you can which is email. (Its probably quicker to just mail them) Recieved a response a week later stating they have a backlog and it will be shipped shortly. It's now January 10th and still no shipping and after repeated emails sent, I have gotten no response.

Terrible customer service. I attempted to place an order, but had issues with my shipping address not being recognized. (It's an APO) I sent an email to customer 4 days ago and got an automated reply saying my help request was received, but never heard back from them after that. On the positive side, at least I didn't waste my money before realizing they don't care about their costomers.

Bought a spitfire and suction cup fails. Sent video to Bad Dragon but they say they don't see it failing in the video. Prehaps they should watch it. So sad as They could have had lots of business from me but I will now order from smaller independent companies on Etsy

I ordered an item and the time elapsed. I had to contact them and they politely informed me that there was a quality control issue and that it would be remade -- no time table. Another month passed and still no product. Contacted them again and they said they were working on as we spoke. In a matter of days, there should be notification that my item shipped. Weeks later and they don't even acknowledge my email, so I have no idea where we are in the process. I have made three requests to cancel the order and they have not acknowledged any of those emails. Nice product (I did order two that were premade), very poor customer service.

I requested a cancel and refund. They ignored it, four days later telling me it was shipped. They lied and told me my item shipped, I checked the tracking # and it said only a label had been created. Their terms say 2 to 7 days processing, yet my items shipping label was not created until 10 days after I placed an order. Horrible service. They dont process orders as agreed in their own terms... if I could put no stars I would have, they don't deserve one. ...
