Hi Dawn, So sorry your order was received warm. Did you not receive any of our email notifications that the order had shipped? If not, maybe it went into the Spam folder. When our orders are packed and ready to be shipped our system sends out an email notifying that it will be shipped along with a tracking number. Hi Shannon, So sorry to hear your gift was sent with pricing. I don't understand how this could have happened since we always send orders with only a packing list, no pricing. The only time invoices are sent is when they are specifically requested, and this almost never happens.
