Recently contracted “Silent Reflux” and have been sleeping on a single bed with head elevated 6”. I saw the Back Support Systems Memory Foam Wedge online and was convinced this was the alternative I needed. The process was straight forward to purchase and when I needed a little extra help after ordering, Jeff was right there to assist and follow through to completion. Tremendous customer service !

Feels pretty good, better than a normal pillow. Wish a pillow cover was included though.

Well made product that will do exactly what I need it to do. Like the strap to hold it in place. I do wish the website was more clear on the ordering options. There is an extra long (26" long x 4.5" thick) that is available but not shown on the website. I went back to look a second time and still did not see that option. I learned about it by making a phone call.
