The ordering process was fine. As was delivery. My biggest issue is the fit of the pillow case. It is very very tight. And we are concerned that once washed it will shrink to some degree.

$39 + $9 =$48 for a pillow case is price gouging. They know you can’t get it anywhere else. The material isn’t even that nice, it’s rough and hard but I needed a j-shaped pillowcase.

Straps are flimsy and will not stay secured. For the money spent velcro should be all along the mating surfaces.

The body pillow is great. The fabric on it is great and comfortable. The pillowcase I purchased to go with it is horrible and scratchy made of very low quality muslin cotton - not any type of cotton material that would be used as bedding. Very unfortunate and at a high price.

Your products are great but your site is hard to navigate through. However, I tried to just buy a lighter cover for summer for my Knee-T . It was extremely difficult to find where to just get that and not cushion thing, so I ended up with another cushion as well as the lighter cover. I can't afford to try again, as I am in Australia and your postage cost is just too great.

The descriptions and names of items are confusing. There is little to no information about the items either. I bought what I thought were the right cases for my pillow, but they were either the wrong ones or they shrunk. They are useless now eitherway.

I was hoping for a cover that is more like the texture of a pillowcase.
