We did a lot of research in who we were going to hire. I want to thank Backers Info for helping us raise money on our Indiegogo container project. Although, their social media strategies did not receive the traffic what we expected, they provided hundreds of click through their super backers campaign. Small price to reach a targeted backer audience. Highly recommended!

Backers Info helped us with all aspects of the campaign, from identifying super backers to setting up a campaign page. Communication with them throughout the campaign was excellent. If you've got 100% confidence and faith in your product, then you really should consider Backers Info. Way cheaper than other agencies. We got our Indiegogo page redesigned, GIF images for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram postings, a Variety of email template designs, super backers campaign and more. I Paid $5,000 upfront to another marketing agency ($3,500 for FB Marketing "set up costs" and $1500 for PR) and received minimal results. For $350, Backers Info did an amazing job on our campaigns and We're so happy to work with them in the future.

We had a mixed experience with using BackersInfo. While they were initially prompt in contact and formulating stock content based on supplied materials, there were some issues and breakdowns along the way. For instance, some of the email blasts we had paid for ultimately did not get sent out. I think that a better degree of transparency and open view of the numbers and timelines would help BackersInfo in the future to instill confidence in clients. That said, BackersInfo is very concerned with customer satisfaction, and when it came to light that they did fulfill all of their agreed to services, they offered us a partial 40% refund. While things did not turn out quite how we had hoped, I think that most people can do business with BackersInfo with confidence in knowing that they do genuinely care. I don't know whether we will try using them again in the future, but we have not ruled it out.

These guys helped my project on Kickstarter Snug Bub reach it's goal when we were getting tons of cancellation. Our goal was $6000. Very nice and supportive people. Provided a lot of encouragement and helped us stay on track.

I've been working with Backersinfo for just over 2 weeks now. They were very quick to get started. Have stayed in touch with me during the process. They have been very good about sending out emails to "super backers", sending tweets, and posting in social media groups. They feel very confidant that they can help us reach our goal which is to get 12 more backers on our boards. So far- we have received one backer hence the 4 star review. I am hoping to send an additional review post our kickstarter campaign to give an update on the final follow through. I will for sure give 5 stars once we hit our funding goal!
