9.5mo BF CoSleeper
First-time mom and we have a 9.5mo, breastfed, cosleeping baby. She was a 34.5 week preemie, so I felt the need to be as close to her as often as I could, which included sleep. At our 9mo appt, our pediatrician told us that she needs to get in those deeper, longer sleeps for her brain development, so we decided to use this sleep-training service, because it emphasized going at our own pace, still having 1 night feed, and not losing that connection. We are 4 nights in, and our little one went from +Taking 30-45min to sleep +Cosleeping +waking up every 2 hours +Nursing to sleep... to last night: putting her down in her crib fell asleep in 15 min, only woke up once at 2am, nursed her, put her back in the crib, and back to bed in 2 min! It's working so far and I cant wait to continue to complete the full training!

Wow, Elissa, thank you so much for sharing how well it’s going for you. I’m thrilled to hear how much better your baby (and you) are sleeping. It’s only going to get better as those turn into weeks and months of deep, restful sleep. Keep up the great work! Jilly + Team BSMS
