With the right mindset it will give you the tools to become a profitable trader. Let’s be clear on what babypips is. It’s the best FREE forex learning platform there is online. Its goal is to teach you all the fundamental basic skills you need to guide your trading journey. It is not a get rich quick tutorial. Which if that’s your goal you’re probably not right for trading. Babypips will start your journey however it will be down to yourself to create your own strategies for the skills / knowledge you have gained. Test it in the markets and a constant cycle of (Test, Review, Refine). I personally decided to blockout the external noise of every differing opinion on the internet and just focused on babypips and my own assessment and reviewing process (taught by babypips). I’m definitely an amateur when it comes to trading with only 6ish months under my belt. But in that time I’ve 1. Passed a 25k Funded Challenge 2. Exercised great risk management and never come close to blowing the account. 3. Recently passed an additional 200k Funded Account. My first goal as a new trader is not actually to just be profitable. But exercise the ability to preserve capital and survive my first year without blowing my accounts. The process of becoming profitable is more valuable at this stage than just being profit focused. In short. If you’re serious about long term trading. Not looking for a get rich quick scam. It’s a no brainer. You can always do additional courses further your knowledge but you need these fundamentals. Period
