Thanks for the review, Endri. The School of Pipsology was 100% free for over 20 years. Only recently in 2026 did we revamp almost all lessons while also adding several new lessons, including lessons about global liquidity, prop firms, price action trading, applying macro fundamentals and more. More than half of all School lessons are still free, along with the accompanying quizzes. The entire School of Crypto is completely free. Our economic calendar and all of our trading tools and calculators minus MarketMilk are free. And we publish daily and weekly free articles written by our in-house market analysts. There's still a ton of value offered in exchange only for your time. If you want to learn more advanced concepts in the School and want to receive more daily actionable articles and trade setups, we now offer a paid subscription that's ad free and gives you unlimited access to MarketMilk. So there's something for everybody, free and paid. We are not thieves - we're teachers and educators. The paid subscriptions allow us to continue to add more lessons, more features, and more content both on the free and paid tiers. Thanks for the review, Yo, and for sharing feedback about the changes made to the School of Pipsology. The School has always been about providing a world-class education and it's been free for over 20 years. But to keep the content fresh and relevant, we made the tough decision that while the first 230 lessons (Courses 1–5) remain free for everyone, the more advanced courses (6–11) moved to our paid Premium Subscription. Maintaining 424 lessons (at the time) at a high standard requires significant resources. The change allowed us to keep the fundamentals free for beginners while investing more deeply in the advanced sections and new content for both the free and Premium tiers. We also updated most of the existing School lessons, and we added an additional 32 new lessons plus a handful of quizzes as part of the overall change (for a total of 454 lessons). Regarding your feedback about the quizzes, all past quizzes that were completed, regardless of score, were tagged as passed, and you were given credit for taken them. No need to take them again! Also remember, the Premium monthly and annual subscriptions give you more than just access to the advanced School lessons. - You get daily and weekly analysis written by our in-house team, - calendar event trading guides, - weekly market recaps and macro strategy reviews, - currency guides, - trade ideas, - unlimited access to our visualization trading tool - MarketMilk, - monthly partner deals (e.g. broker, signup bonuses, discounts on tools, trading products, partner giveaways), - and a no-ads experience. I understand that a damaging post can be incredibly frustrating, and we apologize if you felt your previous attempts to contact us about this review were not addressed clearly or promptly. We want to be perfectly clear about the status of the review you mentioned: the user, the post and the entire thread have been removed from the Babypips forum. Why the Review Was Removed We didn't remove the post simply because you, as a business, complained about its content. As a public forum, we don't automatically censor honest opinions, whether positive or negative. However, after a 3rd internal review prompted by new information from your recent communication and additional investigations into the reviewer's activity, we confirmed that the user who posted the review was in violation of our Forum Rules against deception, spam, and using the forum for unauthorized sales. Specifically, we found new evidence that didn't existing when you first reached out, that the user was using his negative reviews for self-promotion and to drive traffic to his own website, which was being used to sell unauthorized copies of trading courses.. Addressing Your Concerns about Our Platform You stated that you are "really disappointed about the situation" and wouldn't "recommend anyone to trust the info from this blog, as in my case, it's completely biased and unverified." We appreciate your feedback, and understand this situation serves as an example how user reviews can be used in a negative way to hurt businesses. But we want to assure you that we did the following: We listened: Your initial complaint was investigated several times of the course of weeks and months. Your more recent information was the catalyst that led us to reinvestigate this user's more recent activity. We acted on several occasions: We investigated all of the member's posts, not just those about your company on multiple occasions. Many of the reviews matched reviews from the broader community. Once we verified the user was engaging in malicious behavior, we removed the content and the user immediately—again, based on the information available at the start of the investigation, that wasn't possible. Our goal is to be a reliable source of information for traders. While we cannot verify every single review, we have clear, active systems in place to investigate complaints, allow each party to share their side of the story, and when deemed necessary, we remove bad actors when they are exposed. We hope this clarifies our action and reaffirms our commitment to maintaining a fair and trustworthy environment for both traders and the reputable businesses that serve them.

Thanks for the feedback, Tommy. We'd love to know what guru you're referring to. We have advertising relationships with many brokers in the forex industry, and we've had partnerships and advertising relationships with established service providers, like TradingView, TradeZella, and Coinbase. We also participate in various ad networks, mainly provided by Google, which display ads from various companies and brands. We also operate a public forum, which involves user-submitted content. But direct advertising to the community is not allowed. Hopefully you get a chance to let us know the guru you're referring to.

UPDATE: We requested additional information two separate times in hopes of identifying the scam Telegram accounts. But our emails went unanswered. Please message us again with that information and we'll do what we can to help. Again, we aren't active on Telegram and sadly anyone can create a Telegram account using whatever name they want, including ours. We currently see over 20 different accounts using our name and logos. We're sorry to hear about this, but we don't do live trading, don't offer trade management, nor do we sell trade signals. "Emily" might be using our business name to make you believe she works with Babypips.com. She does not. Please don't trade with her any longer.
