Easy to order. Fast delivery (in QC, Canada). Box not in an impeccable state, but product was!

I ordered a doppler on the 8th of October & paid for quickest delivery option. It is now the 18th of October (baring in mind it said I would receive my order within 2-4 business days) and I still haven’t got my order. I have emailed support numerous times who aren’t helpful and have ignored two of my emails. It also says my item was shipped via ‘Other’? and isn’t allowing me to track my order. I am extremely annoyed with the unprofessional service I have encountered. After reading other reviews on here, some people have experienced the same situation as me which I think is awful. I will NEVER order anything from this website again. I’m not sure if this is some sort of scam? But it’s caused me stress as I have been worried that’s it’s not legit. Please issue me a full refund! and remove me from your mailing lists which I never gave consent to receiving.

Shipping was fast and communication while waiting for my product was excellent.

The fetal doppler works well. I was disappointed with the shipping, as it took far longer than advertised, but eventually that was reimbursed. Overall I'm glad I have it, but the process could have been smoother and more efficient.

Great product and brought peace of mind to my wife and I.

The product works, although it took me second to find my baby's heart (I'm just at 17 weeks, maybe that is why). I was just surprised by all the cautions indicated in the instructions... I never imagined that a doppler could be dangerous, but it seems that if the batteries are not handled properly, it can potentially become harmful. That was my only negative surprise with the product.

It gives me such relief that I can hear my baby whenever.
