I bought this Doppler for my daughter because she was 9 weeks pregnant and had no “symptoms”. I thought maybe hearing the heart beat would give her peace of mind. I warned her not to expect to hear that tiny baby quite yet at 9 weeks, but sure enough this product came through for us loud and clear! What a great value, I can’t believe a product at this price point would work so well. Sure wish I had one back when I was pregnant. Thank you!

I love my baby Doppler! I got it when I as 8 weeks pregnant. It took a little bit to find it but once we did I fell in love! I’m 19 weeks now and can find it much quicker. I love it because I can connect with my Growing little baby boy. I recommend this product.

I did order this product because they promised next day delivery. I did receive this after a week. It was too late by that time and we had to return the product. No return postage or even instructions were sent with the original package. I email the company and I was advised a address and was advised to send my the post with a tracking ID. That cost me around £10 on the top of £40 product. Today it is about 2months and I did not receive any refund. I sent 2 emails and me response was given to me. Basically I lost my £50. Therefore, I highly recommend not to buy any product from this company.

We have tracked down your incident and notices that this was an isolated incident and the customer service rep that asked you to return the package should have asked you to return it to our UK facility in Glasgow but instead because there was no order related information in the email he sent you the return instructions to our U.S. facility. Since our UK operation only started earlier this year we were still figuring things out. This is a major mistake on our part and we apologize for this. We should have trained our staff better in screening customer queries and respond to you in a timely manner. Doppler is easy to use & helpful for bonding with baby. I would caution any moms to be out there to be sure they do their research first. Knowing how big your uterus is at each stage in pregnancy, & how far below your belly button it may be located, will help you find the baby's heartbeat with ease. It rarely took me more than 30-45 seconds to find where baby was at & hear that little heartbeat. If you are struggling to locate it at first, don't panic, have your significant other give it a try. I appreciate that the screen lights up so you can use it in a dark room. The battery charge level is also shown on screen, so you can see when you need to change them. Sometimes, while baby was moving around a lot, I was able to hear the heartbeat through the speaker, but the fetal heart rate was not displayed on the device. However, it will show up if you move the wand around a bit, or wait until the baby settles down & try again.

We bought the Doppler because we we're afraid of having another miscarriage. It works great and my husband and three year old enjoy hearing the babies heartbeat. I use it maybe once a month, but it definitely has put our minds at ease.
