I bought this without doing research on its safety and possible complications. I used it three times and was able to hear a heartbeat. While I was online looking up info about home fetal Doppler’s I came across some articles from the FDA saying these were not safe for consumers to use at home. Further research showed that these can cause overheating and cavitation as well. I have not used it since.

I love my BabyDoppler! It came in the two days that I paid the little extra for. I was able to locate my baby’s heart at 9 weeks 3days! I tried earlier but baby is just too small. After 5 miscarriages, having the BabyDoppler is such a useful tool to give me a sense of reassurance.

Works great. Bought it for my wife at 9 weeks. It took her about 15 min to figure out where the baby was and we were able to hear the heart beating that day. She is petite so others night not be that lucky on the first try. I can see how it might not be a good idea for some because somedays it was impossible to find it and others were easy. We just check 1x per week for piece of mind. Its been awesome. Glad we got it . She is now 22 weeks and is a pro. Takes 2 seconds to find and is super loud and clear every time now that the baby is bigger.

I bought it to surprise my partner as he wasn't present when the midwife checked it. It is amazing to be able to check you little one's heart now and then. Definetely recommended it .
