The Droppler is a cool device, but I’m not able to detect a heart beat. I tried twice following the instructions and after watching a few Youtube reviews. Still no luck. It’s frustrating and can be scary for some moms. I should be around 10 weeks now and it’s recommended for 12+ weeks, so maybe I just need to wait a little longer to detect the baby’s heartbeat. I will say, it took a few tries to get it to turn on. I finally realized I need to hold the power button down until the device turns on. The speaker is super loud.

I'm at 19 weeks and was hoping to hear baby's heart but it wasn't working for me. I'm not opposed to the product and assume it does work for some folks. The one star rating is because I have attempted to return it and still have no response. To explain that more, you have to email or chat or call in order to get the return details instead of having those details readily available. No one has responded yet and I have emailed and sent a message through the chat. Return options should be easy for customers who don't love the product and it not being that has left a bad taste in my mouth about the company.
