shipping was delayed and my doppler doesn’t seem to give the right heart rate

Very easy to navigate website. price was unbeatable I found nothing cheaper on Amazon. Shipping was stellar, I ordered on a Sunday night and it arrived by Wednesday. And the quality is amazing! Was able to find baby immediately. People say the number on the screen isn’t accurate but I counted myself and they matched. I think they probably didn’t read the instructions about the 3 different modes.

Honestly I was a but skeptical about this product when I first bought it. I thought, Perhaps, if I don't use it properly, I won't hear my babies heart beat at all, and I would totally freak out. On my first use, I freaked a bit because my baby's heart beat was way lower than it was the day before. Come to find out, I was hearing my own heartbeat. I believe to use this product correctly, you should count the beats of the fast heart rate you hear for 15 seconds and then multiply it by 4. That is the most accurate way to measure.

The order process was smooth and quick. I was excited when it came, the items were packaged well. I also liked that they offered extra gel and I know it’ll be used. My only complaint is that I paid for 2 day shipping and took over a week. However, when I contacted the company, they refunded my shipping fees. So overall the ordering and receiving process wasn’t too bad. So far using the item has been easy and exactly what I expected.
