Shipping occurred as stated on the website , so that was welcome. Also products work well. Instruction videos and various facts on the website were helpful as well. My only complaint would be that the price is higher than I would like.

Love that I can listen to my baby’s heartbeat at home and not have to wait for my next appointment. Love that I can record it on my phone clearly because in the office I can never get a clear recording of it.

Don’t buy from them! Buy from amazon or any other companies! They are using a unknown shipping company! I paid extra for express shipping.. the guys from Tracon called me back and said they never got my delivery but I got an email from baby Doppler: Thank you for your order from Baby Doppler! We wanted to let you know that your order (#19000434506) was shipped via OnTrac, on 8/1/2023. You can track your package at any time using the link below. If you do not see any updates, or the tracking number is not recognized by the carrier, check again later. It may take up to 12 hours from when we release your order to the carrier for updates to appear on the carrier's website. It’s more than 12 hours and “tracon” saying they never got the order! I tried to call multiples times to babydoppler and they never pick up the phone! One time a girl picked up and didn’t stop to lie! Until she hang up the call! Now I definitely want my money back!!! It’s a big scam!! Read reviews because I see similar situations to mine! People never got their orders!

I ordered this product and paid for two days shipping. I reached out by email on the 4th day of missing my product and I was sent an email; they apologized for my item being late and then told me it was delayed. LIKE I DONT KNOW THAT. They said I was issued a refund for the fast shipping; but didn’t ask for information to give me my refund? It still hasn’t come into my account but ontop of it the NEXT day my item magically got shipped. I think this is a scam. Truthfully. I’ve never been more let down by a company. And here I am still waiting and my item won’t be here for another TWO DAYS. I’m beyond aggravated by this whole situation.

Gives us peace of mind being able to find the heartbeat at home anytime. Shipping was right on time. Product works well we were able to find the heart beat quickly. Very easy to use and well worth the money.
