B12 AI Website BuilderReviews of b12.io

Edwin was so helpful with moving my domain over to my new website. He made the transition smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend them as a website builder. I was able to utilize their AI features to design my new company website in a timely manner and satisfied with the results. Thanks to the B12 team for being so awesome and friendly! 🙂

Madeline was super helpful and easy to work with. I will definitely be using them again!

Michael and his awesome team at B12 have done an amazing job, and I don't just say that as a NEW user- but a RETURNING user who unfortunately left the B12 ecosystem a few years ago when another company swayed me to "try them". And yes all along the way, Michael and his team kept asking me for another chance- and this time I was excited for the things they have done. Well done TEAM B12! Thankful to be back!

Very easy to work with and excellent service. Love the look of website.

The designer is very easy to use and you can have AI generate for you. The customer service is fast, knowledgeable and helpful. I have had my web site with b12 for over 8 years. The have helped me be more competitive as well as more relevant.

B12 was a great platform for helping us get DOUGHJO USA online in an affordable and user-friendly way. As a nonprofit startup, having tools that are easy to navigate and accessible financially makes a huge difference, and B12 made the website-building process feel much less overwhelming. What stood out most was their customer service team. They were responsive, professional, understanding, and genuinely willing to work with us to create a positive experience. When we had questions or needed support, they were quick to help and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. I appreciate companies that value relationships and treat their clients with respect, and B12 definitely did that for us. Grateful for the support and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an easy-to-use website platform with a strong customer support team.

I have walked this journey with B12 and IONOS since I first started my business in a small apartment I lived in. Thanks to their efficient service and quality product I was able to expand my business globally! now active in Melbourne Australia as well as the UK Meridian Energy Management is still going strong! I would recommend them to anyone anyday! I have had interaction with most of the support desk including Jazmin, edwin, hannah, mark and a few others and these guy never fail to deliver. Thank you all at B12 for being a part of MEM's Journey. They have a WINNING recipe!

I've been getting AI-generated spam from a b12sites.com user and after I wrote about it here, b12 gave me their support email and their Trust and Safety team helped take down the site right away. Thanks so much for the quick answer and for taking action. I wish they'd had a way to get in touch or report a user on their site, but if you're having trouble, please email hello at b12.io like I did ......... I have the same name as an elderly author, and I've been getting scams directed at her. Today, one used a whole different person's name and online presence, but his that they were using a B12sites.com as their landing page.
