My training experience with Steve Soto…
My training experience with Steve Soto at Azuga was outstanding. He took the time to walk me through each report available in the system, helped update our account to better fit our company's needs, and thoroughly answered all of my questions regarding maintenance logs and ways to improve both our fleet and driver performance. Steve was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire training session. His willingness to ensure I fully understood the program made a tremendous difference and has given me greater confidence in using Azuga moving forward. Lydia was very knowledgeable about…
Lydia was very knowledgeable about Azuga vehicle monitoring system. Information/data was a bit stale, however we were looking at the 2nd quarter and its only 8/3/26. We had one accident in July which seemed to make the driver performance discussion seem stale. My co-worker and I had some minimal challenges understanding Lydia due to her strong accent.

I appreciate the attentiveness of our assigned representative Mark. He does a fantastic job keeping in contact with his customers and ensuring everything is working at it should. I am also glad they take the time to update and continue to make the provided dashboard user friendly for the customer.
