"Each Subscription Term will automatically renew for the original term of the period of upon its expiration unless either party provides notice of intent not to renew in writing prior to 60 days before the end of the then current Subscription Term. Any company that has to force you to stay or with them or pay and auto renews your accounts for multiple years without alerting your organization shows with their actions that they don't have your best interest in mind. They are playing the "legal" game to entrap you. Pay thousands to leave or stay bc of an auto renewal that was never brought up. In summary, their business practices are not designed to keep the organization accountable to the quality of their services. They are designed to entrap you. The cards are stacked against you. You will not receive a copy of this agreement even after signing the proposal. You will receive a copy of the proposal but never of the terms or auto renewal and financial penalties for cancelling even after you completed your original commitment. Switched to OneStep and we've not had one issue with data or connections. Company is very responsive and we are actually paying almost the same except this time we have cameras facing forward and inside the vehicle as well as the data is always available and working properly. Our experience with AZUGA was not a positive one and it never worked 100%. From their site " a customer paying a monthly fee of $40 for a software and hardware lease bundle who terminates 6 months after the contract effective date would be required to pay $40 x 30 months remaining = $1200 per vehicle/unit." You could pay as much as $1,200 per vehicle to cancel even on an autorenewal which you did not sign up for.

Azuga does not even deserve one star! I regret to say that my experience with them has been deeply disappointing. Not only did they exhibit poor communication throughout our interaction, but there were also blatant discrepancies between what was promised in our contract and what was delivered. Their lack of transparency and failure to uphold their end of the agreement was disheartening. Despite assurances made in the contract, the actual service fell far short of expectations. Attempts to address these issues were met with further miscommunication and a lack of accountability. I cannot in good conscience recommend Azuga based on my personal encounter. Potential customers should be cautious and thoroughly investigate any agreements before engaging with this company.

Unfortunately for me, I partnered with AZUGA in 2019, because of their assurances that our seasonal business could pause and cancel the service as needed, a crucial feature considering our 3-month yearly hiatus. Over the course of our association, we've faced a barrage of issues: Harassing Communications: Despite our clear requests to STOP, we received a multitude of unsolicited calls trying to upsell dash cams. They would call our office demanding to talk to me the owner, then go on about our team's reckless driving (not actually reckless) and that we needed cameras in vehicles. Finally, we blocked the number but I would still get voicemails often. Data Confidentiality Concerns: I've also been on the receiving end of emails and videos not intended for me but for another client, revealing potentially sensitive client data, which seriously calls into question their data management and confidentiality protocols. Cancellation Process: Contrary to the initial promises of easy cancellation, the actual process is convoluted. Worst yet after 5 years you will still be charged an early termination fee. Ours is $900. They will absolutely not waive or forgive it. While I understand that no company is perfect, I would advise potential clients to look elsewhere. There are companies with the same service for about 1/5 the price we are paying.

This company is the worst ever 1 year trying to cancel after 22 year contract. Hold then hang up the Hold hang up promise call backs that never happen then keep telling me someone will call back. Then keep charging and charging. This company is biggest scam ever!!!

Azuga is a tremendous asset to our operations in transporting clients to and from medical appointments, grocery stores, and social events. The VP of Sales Kunal Sarkar has helped me from day one in ensuring all our needs were met with the camara and GPS system that we had installed. He was able to assist us in identifying the proper devices to include the installation hardware. Additionally, one of the features that I have relied upon was the event alerts which are utilized on a daily basis in order to ensure our drivers are providing the best service and care to our clients and contractors. Additionally, the flexibility of the maintenance module allows us to not only keep track of the maintenance on vehicles but also the associated equipment which definitely ensures our fleet of 32 vehicles stays healthy. My overall experience from sales to tech support has always been enjoyable and I am extremely satisfied with the product and services that Kunal and his team at Azuga is providing us.

Huge scammers, they don’t care about their customers. I bought 2 dash cams from them last year at march. They sent my cams via ups a month later but I didn’t receive them. I asked them where are my dash cams? Another month later they replied that dash cams were couldn’t deliver and were returned back to them. Azuga tried to send my dash cams again but couldn’t deliver. Finally only at September (6 months later) I received them. Also they were charging me $70 every month since march for monthly service fees. Why? This is unfair. But this is not the end, when i tried to install dash cams to my trucks I couldn’t, because dash cams connection were different. I’ve sent pictures to them showing that connection is different and it’s impossible to connect. And guess what? They didn’t resolve an issue. They didn’t replace dash cams. They decided to stay silent and keep charging my card every month. I’ve wrote many emails to them asking to resolve an issue and stop charging me, because it’s unfair, their dash cams are useless. But they never get back to me, they just don’t care. Avoid this company!!! Stay away from them! Don’t waste ur money

They are scammers. They don't care about customers. Their sells team sells you and then it's over. They accuse you of lying when a representative of theirs tells you something and you tell the next representative. DO NOT DO IT. I CAN NOT TELL YOU ENOUGH! THEY ARE A SCAM! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! There are many others that seem to care about their customers. This company DOES NOT! Azuga, I know you will respond to this review asking me to email you so you can look into it. That's a lie. I have been working with you and you all DO NOT CARE. You just respond to reviews so people can think you care, BUT YOU DO NOT! I don't know how you crooks sleep at night.

After multiple sales calls from Azuga, they reduced the price to a price point that I agreed to pay. Then when the "sales manager" did not call at the appointed time on a Friday night, I said "red flag." If they are sketchy on the front end of closing the deal, my opinion is that they would not improve as time passes. 2 Weeks have passed and my phone is ringing 6 times and more per day with sales calls from Azuga using foreign area codes and various numbers to mask who is calling. When I answer, a person will pretend familiarity and then begin pitching. Since then, I have read these reviews and I am pleased that I did not allow them to access my checking account. My instinct told me to say, "No," and I believe that was the correct response.
