Our company has been working with Azuga for over a year, now. We use their fleet tracking units in our fleet trucks, their asset trackers, and their equipment trackers. Our company also utilizes their Routes software for dispatching drivers for deliveries and pick-ups. From the beginning, we have received excellent customer service. Our onboarding process was smooth and seamless. When we have had questions, their team has been able to answer them quickly and get to the root of what we needed. The team we have worked with, including Kunal, Millie, and Crista are simply first class. In using Azuga, we have increased driver awareness within our fleet by using their alerts for braking, speeding, and idling. Additionally, with the driving score and the ability to reward good drivers, we have created a bit of competition between our drivers, and that helps keep them safer, since driving score is related to how many incidents you have per number of miles driven. It's a small thing that's been tremendously effective with our fleet. As for the asset trackers and equipment trackers, they work wonderfully to keep tabs on certain items that you want to know the location of. In our case, it's keeping track of trailers and golf carts across several jobsites. The equipment tracking is similar in that we are maintaining contact with several items that are particularly high-value. We know when those items leave our yard, and when they arrive on the jobsite. We will also know if they're ever not there, and can determine when they went missing. Finally, a thing to understand about Azuga is that it's not just fleet tracking and telematics. It's data. If you are using the platform properly, it's a one-stop for all things related to your fleet, including miles driven, stops made, routes completed, upcoming maintenance, completed maintenance, along with records for that maintenance. There's no need to have 4 or 5 different people in your company to go to in order to figure out anything related to your company's fleet if you're using Azuga properly. All of that data lives within the platform, and can be exported with ease. I would recommend Azuga with absolutely no reservations to any company that wants to know where their fleet is, what their fleet is doing, and how their drivers are performing.

The terms regarding cancellation were either omitted or inadequately disclosed. BUYER BEWARE, if not cancelled 60 days prior to end of your term contract, they will automatically screw you into the same term you originally signed up for. They are a HUGE SCAM and the customer service SUCKS! Always get a runaround and they try to upgrade you to a better camera. How about make the cameras work properly that I already paid for?? STAY FAR AWAY! SCAM ALERT!!!! Don't even deserve 1 star. Very stressful situation.

One of the worst companies i have ever dealt with, everything you hear others saying is true. One of the most unethical companies you could deal with. Also please dont respond to my post asking to send an email to your customer service team..... been there, done that. Doesnt work

The software is terrible, the cameras they sold me did not do as was promised. I've asked to cancel for years and I've been brushed off several times. After 3 years of "use" paying every payment, I finally got through to someone to cancel my account, but they made sure to leave out they were charging me over $14,000 for absolutely NOTHING! Oh, and if you don't return those crappy, 3-year old, $40 cameras in 30 days we'll charge you $99/per device. I am disputing this and writing to the BBB. I suggest you all as well.

They charged me for cameras and such that were never installed and refused to give me a credit for it. Their installers which are subbed out and not located locally fried the ignition on one of my skid steers and it cost over $2,000 to repair and I had to eat that and then they began taking the money out of my account with the credit card I paid with that they keep on file and don't tell you and charged it when I refused to pay due to all these issues until they were fixed. Now they are trying to charge me over $7,000 to cancel my horrible service with them. So, they expect me to have to pay to not continue to work with their horrible company because they could not hold up any end of what they sold me. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Worst company and experience I have ever dealt with in my life. I have wasted thousands of dollars on their garbage equipment. They just want to charge your card nonstop every month. They lie to you to get the sale. They lied to my employee and had her sign a contract without telling me and they want to charge me over $5k to cancel after returning their equipment to them. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

While signing up, they made it seem like I could cancel at 2 years without penalty. Now, they say I can't. I have attempted to have a discussion with them about cancelling (even with a penalty), and they have not replied in almost 3 months. They'll just send an email pretending that they're going to get back to me, and they never do. Do NOT go with this company. The reason we're cancelling is that the product/service didn't work as expected. The site is difficult to use. The installation was difficult. We had issues with getting recordings sent to us. The customer service is unresponsive. There's literally nothing I can say good about the company except the people on the phone always seemed pretty nice.
