They made a situation right.

Sebastian answered our questions amazingly quick. He knew exactly what to do to solve the issue and it worked. He also followed up to make sure it was resolved.

Jared and Kunal are great to work with! We've been with Azuga for several years. We have multiple locations and our data on the Azuga portal needed a lot of attention. They helped us through the process and were very accommodating with handling lost devices. We have now signed a new contract and ordered Safety Cams for all of our vehicles. We appreciate the time and effort the continually give us.

We were required to purchase the dataloggers & dashcams upfront before the service was even activated. When we cancelled the service, we were hounded to return something we had paid for. They finally got it figured out that we had paid for them and did not owe for them nor were we required to return them, however now a year later they sent me an invoice because we did not return them, I sent them the proof that we had paid for them and they sent back an email stating we did not owe anything but lo and behold today I received another email for the exact same thing. I feel like they are just sending out invoices hoping we will pay. Once again, I sent them proof, my next step is the BBB, Attorney General's office, FCC & FTC.

Could not be happier with the service provided by Azuga / Kunal. A great product that is providing the information we need. Keep up the excellent job.

a 1 star is too high a score but the lowest I can choose. They continue to bill even though my account is closed. To get rid of them I paid in full and received notice I was paid in full. My contract is over as of Jan 28th 2025. Yet today once again I receive a bill. I don't even have the devices any longer - I never used the product. This company is not in business to actual provide anything except a contract and a never ending auto payment on your credit card. SCAM ALERT

Should have read the reviews here first. Believe what others are saying!! BUYER BEWARE! This company is a SCAM!! I attempted to contact this company to cancel my service prior to any renewal, but they failed to respond to multiple attempts. Months later, they finally reached out—conveniently after their auto-renewal had already processed, locking me into another 3-year contract. At no point was I verbally informed of an auto-renewal policy. It was only hidden in the fine print, which I was not made fully aware of at the time of sign-up. I believe this practice is misleading and unethical. I feel deceived and taken advantage of, and I’m now stuck in a long-term contract that I actively tried to prevent.
