Excellent experience. The process was easy with quick results. The software App could use some updating as we had difficulty with the province and postal code data entry. Other than that, works fine.

This test gave me piece of mind that I didn’t scramble around to find a test in the small town where my parents lived. The swab does feel very uncomfortable going in but it’s a quick 3sec swab. I also got the video conference so I was able to travel back to the USA and the person monitoring was very patient explaining the process.
