Testing was straight-forward. We were very patiently guided through the process. Very convenient to be able to do our tests at the same time. My husband's email with results came within minutes. I never did get an email, but my results were available in the app.

Had multiple problems probably due to my ineptitude with technology. The proctor stayed with me through 7 video calls and got me through in the end. It would have been 5 stars had the tech been fool proof to begin with.

Had difficulty with uploading the photo and having the chat box come up. Proctor was ae to get through it in spite of my difficulty in uploading. Several calls were returned to assure that I was set up properly. Elated that I was able to get through. Would recommend them..
