Everything about it was easy. Was able to book a testing time slot same day within a few minutes, test instructions were easy to follow, results were easy to download and later upload to airline. Would use again but hopefully this stupid pandemic is over.

Couldn't have been easier. Scheduled a day in advance and promptly at the appointed hour, "let the test begin". Took about 10 minutes for the results. Including the 10 minute waiting time required, it was about 25 minutes start to finish.
