Tammy in customer service was amazing when I called in. The tests I received came with instructions only in Spanish. She emailed screenshots of the English instructions immediately. Quick, knowledgable and efficient.

This was my first travel in 2 years so I was anxious about how the test kit would work with a video proctor. There was very good pre testing communication to make sure I was ready. The video link worked well and my wife and I were able to do it together. The results have come through and all went well
