Test/process was very convenient and our proctor was very patient as we struggled at time with our wifi connection. Overall would highly recommend your service and we are very satisfied with our experience.

It seemed overwhelming at first but…
It seemed overwhelming at first but they walked me through each step and communicated everything. I was doing this before my initial leg because while I had photos of my vaccination card I’d forgotten it at home. On my layover is failed to finish a few steps and I was in line to show my QR code and my photo of my card while chatting with Azova and they talked me through the last steps as I got up front and BAM it updated and I was in! Their patience and professionalism is top notch

Overall Experience
This process was very complicated for me so my wife did it for me - Even she needed to call your staff several times for help. Now in saying that - Your staff responded immediately, Very professional and polite even helping us posting everything for our Hawaii trip. In fairness , some of our issues may of been due to our lack of computer skills( I am 76). Overall ,I would recommend this company.
