Friendly, efficient, clear invigilator for the testing. Easy to book. Lots of notifications and ways to sign in at test time. Small glitch in submitting photo of test result, so Anova rep reconnected by video and did a screen shot. Certificate arrived a few minutes later.

Made an appointment for a covid antigen test video observation a week before flying back to the United States. It was done over the phone and even though I lost the connection, I was able to call them back and start the test. Received the paperwork within a half an hour after the test results. Uploaded the docs to United airlines app and the paperwork was accepted. Very easy and quick and inexpensive.
