Overall helpful service to facilitate travel between Canada and the USA. I had no problem doing the test, eventually received the required paperwork, and had no problems at the border. It was inexpensive compared to lab tests. However, the user experience for submitting test results for validation was a little confusing and the entire process could be better documented end-to-end. I used Azova COVID-19 test observations services twice - once to enter the USA and once to return to Canada. I used my own Lucira test kits and purchased observation only. The testing experience was smooth once I as able to connect with a proctor. The proctor was professional and helpful in guiding me through doing the test. (I had already used the Lucira test kit many times on my own.) However, the instructions for what to do afterwards were less clear. The first time, I was told to keep the app open and stay on the timer/countdown screen, and then send a picture of my result. The second time I was told someone would call me back to verify the result. In both cases, I had to take a picture and submit it in the chat thread associated with the appointment, which was not very obvious. There were also issues reconnecting with someone to "verify" the result. This created unnecessary stress. However, it all worked out in the end.

Had some trouble with taking the picture to confirm the results but the rep called back and worked with me to get it done.

Scheduling a witnessed COVID-19 antigen test was easy. When my appointment time came the representative contacted me promptly. Her audio quality was terrible, with a lot of echo, crackle, and background noise, but she managed to improve it somewhat. The instructions for proceeding with the test were not entirely clear; a set of clear step-by-step instructions visible on the website would help. After the test incubation period was over, I was contacted promptly, my test witnessed, and a PDF report sent quickly. Trying to find the PDF on my account website was not easy, but I succeeded. Overall, B+ ... glad to have it done. I would use AZOVA again.

Very simple and streamlined process! Quick results for travel requirements!

Eugene was a little difficult to understand. That said he was very patient and repeated anytime I needed, he also was very thorough walking me thru step by step!

We’ve used Azova’s services twice now and it’s a useful service especially in conjunction with the at-home PCR test Detect. However it was confusing that the second agent asked me to watch all the steps in the Detect app first, and then follow the steps again with her. It was a huge waste of time. And o also got multiple emails confirming the results. Both times.

Made it through without difficulty and awaiting confirmation.
