It was honestly pretty annoying
It was honestly pretty annoying. I had to fill out my info several times before it finally stuck. I also don’t understand the need for it at all. As long as I have my vax card and whatever other credentials with me (which I’ll still have to provide) this whole process is a waste of time and money.

This was an extremely confusing &…
This was an extremely confusing & complicated experience- it took the 3 of us nearly 4 hours to complete it, and it’s still confusing to find the files to upload to travel portal.

Really not clear what this provides me. Many texts indicated I am green but no confirmation via email.

This site was very confusing
This site was very confusing and time consuming. It took half the day to complete entries for my family. I still don't think we have completed it correctly. We repeatedly had to re-send our COVID vaccination cards and photo ID due to them not being able to read them.

Horrible Preventable EXPERIENCE!
We had quite a bit of difficulty at Miami airport when checking into our flight to Grand Cayman. Several days prior, the flights had been changed so we needed to remake an appointment with on/go/Azova. I contacted the company and the gentleman I spoke to adamantly confirmed that the time for our second test on video was now good for the new times of departure and arrival. When we went to check in we were told the time was over the 24 hrs required. We had to dash across the airport with our luggage to be tested. It was an awful experience!! Luckily we made the flight.! The people who are doing this important job need to be very well trained and conscientious…. MISTAKES REALLY MATTER!
