Would not accept our Azova test at…
Would not accept our Azova test at Logan Airport. We had to take another test which cost us each $250.00. Total out $500 plus Azova test$80.00

Complicated and completely unhelpful. Waste of money and very frustrating.

Ridiculously complicated
Ridiculously complicated. All it should take is to upload a pic of the vaccine card and a clear link to Safe Travels Hawaii. Instead, there was a delay in getting cleared and verified and the link wasn’t obvious. And why would you call it an “exception to quarantine?” I’m vaccinated and do T need any “exceptions!”

This had to be the most confusing…
This had to be the most confusing system EVER! Literally the worse. The interpreter kept contradicting herself . Telling me to make sure NOT to turn my camera off but then tell me to go look at another app, then got anxious when my camera turned off (like that won’t turn my camera off). Every time I asked her a question she would never answer directly. Overall I didn’t even feel like I preformed the test correctly by her directions . I needed these results for travel and decided to just go to Walgreens for secure results. Waist of time

Hours chatting trying to just request…
Hours chatting trying to just request the uploaded COVID vaccine be verified for travel. No resolution. Didn’t respond when I asked for a refund. Update: Lol. They told me to call the number below and no answer and the mailbox is full 😂

I do not know yet if this worked
I do not know yet if this worked. It says my information is not verified. What does that mean and what do I do about it. Since I am basically forced to use the app and to pay for it, I would appreciate some assurance that it works.

" Susan, If you purchased the $10 confirmation of the vaccinations card, then it is confirmed. The verification is a separate charge. If you are traveling to Hawaii, they just require the confirmation of the vaccinations card. The next step is to apply for the Azova exemption on the Hawaii Safe Travels site. Horrible
Horrible! Was on the phone with Customer Service and never got issue resolved. Was put on hold 4 times and agent couldn't answer my questions. Thought it sounded like a great product even though it was expensive. Bought on/go tests for $55 each. Don't recommend.
