It took 2 months to finally get my household goods, then multiple things were broken. 2 of my mattresses were crushed. Night stands broken, boxes had gasoline all over them!!??
The crew were smoking pot in the truck as the driver waited on his cohorts hired for this job from Craig's list. This is the absolute worst moving company I have ever seen. The movers came from a company called safe ship. I would stay away from both my move from Arizona to Tennessee has been terrible.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE!
I needed to find a moving company quick to move my son from Phoenix, AZ back home to central WA. I looked up moving companies and Safe Ship Moving reached out. I had to make a decision quick and the sales person was a smooth talker for sure (I should have trusted my gut, but did not). They contracted out to Azimuth as the moving company. When the two moving guys got to my son's apartment, they were nice and helpful. We decided to send my son's golf clubs in the moving truck because we did not have room in the car. My son was very clear on making sure to treat his clubs (that were in his bag which was in a travel case) as fragile. They acknowledged that. I found it odd that they had a Uhaul to pick up his stuff, but again, did not listen to my gut and question that. I just put all faith in that the company and moving guys would be honest and trustworthy. Well fast forward 3-4 weeks, we get a call that my son's stuff will be delivered the following day between 11-4. I ended up taking the day off so I could be available when the moving truck got there. They never showed up. I called and tried to figure out what was going on. Then they said his stuff would arrive the next day between 12-4. They did not get there until 6:30! Then they made me pay an extra $350 because they said my road was not semi accessible, however, never informed me of this to give me the option to figure out a different option (which Safe Ship moving said they were supposed to do). And side note...I contacted my city who said there were no restrictions for a semi to be on my road. There are two ways in/out...main thing is I was not informed until a moving truck was in my driveway and they said they would not open the truck until I paid. ALSO...this was a different company than the one that picked my son's stuff up in AZ (Apex Van Lines...also do not recommend). When they finally started unloading our stuff, my son's golf clubs were nowhere to be found. $5000 worth of clubs, shoes, and accessories...gone! We waited for 2 weeks for them to supposedly check all the warehouses and call families who shared space with our stuff in the warehouse and semi/moving truck. Their final answer was that they got lost...what a golf bag full of clubs and accessories just disappeared? Poof...vanished into thin air? I don't think so...I'm sure someone who had access to them, walked off with them (and so is everyone I tell this story to)! And all the guy from Azimuth could say to me was, "well, at least 90% of your stuff was delivered." (They broke a shelf of mine as well.) And because this was a quick decision and I was super stressed I messed up and did not think I needed extra insurance...I was already paying close to $3000...I trusted they would get ALL of our stuff delivered. So anyway...all they are obligated to pay is $0.60 per pound per item. I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVING NEEDS. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!

Not upfront about price, three weeks late to deliver
My parents chose Azimuth to move from Colorado to Missouri. They were originally told they would be paying $20,000 for the full services; then my mother was surprised when Azimuth came and conducted a "second estimate," which charged an extra $10,000 for items of furniture my mother had failed to mention, but this was within a week of the packing up date, so my parents bit the bullet. Packing up went fine and my parents headed for Missouri. They waited a week and called Azimuth, who couldn't provide a delivery date, because "summer is the busiest time of the year" and "they didn't have access to a semi-truck." My parents stayed at an AirBNB, then an extended stay hotel, then finally rented furniture and moved into their house. In the mean time my parents and I were calling every day asking for details on delivery. The reason I'm giving Azimuth two stars instead of one is due to their customer service rep, Anthony, who talked to us every day. Unfortunately, he clearly didn't have much access to company information and all he could really say was "We will call with confirmation once we have it." After several false dates two weeks after the furniture was expected, the final date was settled - a full three weeks after my parents had received the keys to their home. The delivery was all right, although several lamps and pictures were damaged once unwrapped. The delivery men were amiable and worked hard. They arrived at nine but left very very suddenly at four, almost from one moment to the next. My mother pointed at a vase she wanted unwrapped and somehow the driver misunderstood her and loaded it back on his truck. That vase was antique and cannot be replaced. They also refused to assemble a large wardrobe, even though in Colorado my mother was assured that everything that was dissembled would be reassembled by Azimuth. The driver handed my bewildered mother $200 to "pay a handyman to do it." In short, Azimuth is quick to get your money and make promises on the front end, but may fail to follow through. Regardless of broken promises (and furniture), they will collect 100% of the money they charge. My parents had to pay 75% before delivery and the final 25% before the truck could be unloaded. If you choose Azimuth, be ready to be very flexible with your delivery dates, watch out for that "second estimate" the company will conduct, monitor them really carefully when they wrap up your things, and take some blood pressure medication before you call their customer service.
Update: It’s also worth mentioning that somehow my parents’ generator never made it off the truck. It took them a few weeks to realize it was missing.

BE WARY
BE WARY! The worst part of AZIMUTH GROUP is that they have absolutely no regard for the heartache they leave behind. People move for many reasons but mostly they are moving for employment and are incredibly busy and stressed. When AZIMUTH GROUP delivered my belongings the majority were damaged, broken, and missing. Many of my items such as furniture and mattress were covered in a black oily substance and when I inquired where my items had been stored I got a complete run around and denial although I sent pictures immediately. The damage to broken and missing items such as artwork, antiques, gifts was beyond what was paid to make this move. When AZIMUTH GROUP tells you they will address legitimate documented "concerns" that is also categorically false. I have sent pictures as well as replacement costs to this company, many while the movers were there. AZIMUTH GROUP has made it beyond difficult negotiate a resolution in good faith. They offer pennies on the dollar at best to settle what goes beyond the contract you signed for $.60 to the lb. into gross negligence. AZIMUTH GROUP expect people who have moved and are busy adjusting to just accept the damage and move on, that's what makes their actions deplorable. Be very careful if you read an "excellent" or even "good" review on this company. AZIMUTH GROUP sent thugs and thieves to my home and it became one of the worst experiences I have ever had. AZIMUTH GROUP business practices are aggressive and unethical. They deserve zero stars. They deserve nothing but to be continually reported for their business practices.
PAY ATTENTION TO THIER REVIEW RESPONSE:
Their response is CATEGORICALLY FALSE! They say they deal in good faith, honesty, and compensate fairly, that could not be further from the truth. They say they will not purchase positive reviews and pay for reputational damage; they damage their reputation in every move they are making with their negligence. I would laugh if this was not so hurtful and I have taken NO COMPENSATION from AZIMUTH GROUP. I simply feel it is necessary for people who may be considering this company to understand what they are going to experience. For this company to use the word integrity is an absolute joke. THIS COMPANY IS THE OPPOSITE OF THEIR RESPONSE. However, I am not surprised, it is to be expected of this company and their nefarious business practices.. Please do your research and you will find so many others with the same experience. AI will always write a great response, as they did for this company; people are smart and can sort out falsehoods from truths. I would not take a dime from this company when they continue to write falsehoods about their business practices. Integrity is telling the truth and standing on principle; this company does neither. BE WARY!
Response from Azimuth Group Van LinesJul 23, 2026
Five one-star reviews later, our answer remains the same: Azimuth Group will not purchase positive reviews or pay $3,000 in exchange for ending a campaign of reputational damage.
When our company makes a legitimate mistake, we take responsibility. We have consistently compensated customers fairly—and often generously—because we believe in integrity, good faith, and making things right. What we will not do is issue money simply because someone threatens to continue posting negative reviews until a specific payment is made.
We have preserved the communications concerning the requested $3,000 payment and the threat to continue damaging our reputation. Repeating the same demand across multiple platforms does not make it more valid, nor will a sixth review produce a different answer.
We remain willing to address any legitimate, documented concern through the appropriate process. However, continued publication of false or misleading factual claims may leave us no choice but to protect our company, employees, and reputation through the platforms’ abuse-reporting procedures and, if necessary, available legal remedies, including a potential defamation claim.
Azimuth Group will continue operating honestly and resolving legitimate complaints in good faith. Good faith, however, does not mean surrendering to intimidation.

I strongly advise against using Azimuth…
I strongly advise against using Azimuth Group Movers. Based on my experience, the company demonstrated a significant lack of professionalism, care, and competence throughout the moving process. Many of our belongings were packed without proper protection, placed carelessly into boxes, and handled in a manner that resulted in extensive damage — including several irreplaceable items that were completely destroyed.
Additionally, the company required full payment prior to unloading the truck, a practice that now appears concerning given that multiple items were missing, damaged, or broken upon delivery. The overall level of negligence was unacceptable and deeply distressing.
For the protection of your property and peace of mind, I recommend selecting a different moving company. In my view, the issues we encountered reflect systemic problems that warrant serious attention.
