this company is the worst. They were subcontracted through safe shipping and they lost more items than ever and I have moved through military. They destroyed my bookshelves, lost a missing piece of my couch that now makes it completely unusable. They were shady as hell trying to charge under the table. I would never trust this company and if this is your company listed for your move you need to RUN. You will be completely screwed, your items will be lost, you will be offered items that are not yours, and you might as well find a way to move yourself. I moved in the summer and they were 3 hrs behind schedule (outside of their 6 hrs window they provided) and now it is months later and the audacity of these people to offer $80 for the move. The customer service was fine, HOWEVER you only speak with customer service when there are issues, so if the movers and drivers are TRASH the company is THEREFORE TRASH.

They sexual abused my 1 year old daughter
Well, to start they lied about everything. From pricing, day of pick up, location of our HomeGoods, as well as the delivery date and the need for a extra truck because they weren’t able to pull their semi in according to the driver. However, we had a semi in our driveway that day. That was an extra 2000. However, our largest complaint was when the night after we got all of our stuff I received a text message from a random number from the area code that we live in. It was one of the movers and he proceeded to tell us, and I can prove with text which I already tried to post, but the company got them removed. He said that he rubbed his ball sack on our daughter’s crib and bed along with our bed. They also stole multiple items. Damaged pretty much everything they touched. Do not ever work with this company. They will absolutely ruin your whole entire life.

Awful experience
Our moving broker hired out this company to complete our cross country move. The customer service was truly awful - they were rude, disrespectful and had 0 understanding. Our move was quoted to take 7 days and it took over 30. Things arrived broken and were clearly treated very poorly. Never use this company.

If I could give this company ZERO…
If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would.
This was hands-down the most dishonest, careless, and unacceptable moving experience I have ever had. Cash went missing during our move. Multiple belongings were broken. They quite literally packed DEAD BUGS into our boxes instead of taking even the slightest care with our possessions.
As if that weren’t bad enough, they changed the agreed-upon price just THREE DAYS before pickup—raising it by THOUSANDS of dollars when we had virtually no time to find another company. It felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch designed to trap us once they knew we were depending on them.
A moving company is trusted inside your home and around nearly everything you own. That trust was completely violated. Between the missing cash, damaged property, disgusting packing practices, and last-minute price increase, I would never allow this company near my belongings again.
Please take this warning seriously: document absolutely everything, photograph your valuables, count your cash, read every line of the contract, and do not assume the original quote will be honored. Better yet, protect yourself and hire someone else. I would strongly discourage anyone from giving this company their business.

DO NOT USE THEM
DO NOT USE THEM. They are slimy liars. Not one piece of my belongs made it back or made it back unbroken.2 brand new TVs broken. My $5k golf and golf clubs did not even show up and they have the audacity to say “well 99% of your stuff showed up”. This company also contracts out to other moving company’s, not even their own. The people showed up in a u-haul truck to pick my stuff up. Customer service also had the audacity to say “we can find a settlement that is fair for both parties”. They lost my stuff nothing should be fair for them. Absolutely horrible company if you want to keep your stuff and have it not broken, use another company. They have no care for anyone’s stuff, only care about the money.

It took 2 months to finally get my household goods, then multiple things were broken. 2 of my mattresses were crushed. Night stands broken, boxes had gasoline all over them!!??
The crew were smoking pot in the truck as the driver waited on his cohorts hired for this job from Craig's list. This is the absolute worst moving company I have ever seen. The movers came from a company called safe ship. I would stay away from both my move from Arizona to Tennessee has been terrible.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE!
I needed to find a moving company quick to move my son from Phoenix, AZ back home to central WA. I looked up moving companies and Safe Ship Moving reached out. I had to make a decision quick and the sales person was a smooth talker for sure (I should have trusted my gut, but did not). They contracted out to Azimuth as the moving company. When the two moving guys got to my son's apartment, they were nice and helpful. We decided to send my son's golf clubs in the moving truck because we did not have room in the car. My son was very clear on making sure to treat his clubs (that were in his bag which was in a travel case) as fragile. They acknowledged that. I found it odd that they had a Uhaul to pick up his stuff, but again, did not listen to my gut and question that. I just put all faith in that the company and moving guys would be honest and trustworthy. Well fast forward 3-4 weeks, we get a call that my son's stuff will be delivered the following day between 11-4. I ended up taking the day off so I could be available when the moving truck got there. They never showed up. I called and tried to figure out what was going on. Then they said his stuff would arrive the next day between 12-4. They did not get there until 6:30! Then they made me pay an extra $350 because they said my road was not semi accessible, however, never informed me of this to give me the option to figure out a different option (which Safe Ship moving said they were supposed to do). And side note...I contacted my city who said there were no restrictions for a semi to be on my road. There are two ways in/out...main thing is I was not informed until a moving truck was in my driveway and they said they would not open the truck until I paid. ALSO...this was a different company than the one that picked my son's stuff up in AZ (Apex Van Lines...also do not recommend). When they finally started unloading our stuff, my son's golf clubs were nowhere to be found. $5000 worth of clubs, shoes, and accessories...gone! We waited for 2 weeks for them to supposedly check all the warehouses and call families who shared space with our stuff in the warehouse and semi/moving truck. Their final answer was that they got lost...what a golf bag full of clubs and accessories just disappeared? Poof...vanished into thin air? I don't think so...I'm sure someone who had access to them, walked off with them (and so is everyone I tell this story to)! And all the guy from Azimuth could say to me was, "well, at least 90% of your stuff was delivered." (They broke a shelf of mine as well.) And because this was a quick decision and I was super stressed I messed up and did not think I needed extra insurance...I was already paying close to $3000...I trusted they would get ALL of our stuff delivered. So anyway...all they are obligated to pay is $0.60 per pound per item. I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVING NEEDS. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!
