Amit
Great product for anyone who is managing rental properties. Very simple to set up and easy to use. Online rent payment for tenants is very quick to set up and quick to transmit. Highly recommend.

Haven't had any issues using them. Recently lost my job and was able to pay my rent by credit card. Was skeptical at first as always just utilized the bank transfer option which is free. Fee wasn't much though which was good.

Hi Jonathan! Thank you so much for your awesome feedback! During a job loss, maintaining your residence is super important and we are happy to hear the credit card option assisted with that. Good luck with your job search!

As a small landlord (I own 4 units) I was searching for a good platform to migrate to online payments. Even though Zibo was new they seemed to have everything I wanted and I am glad I decided to give them a try. I have had a couple issues trying to figure things out and the customer support is outstanding. If you are looking for a rental platform I would highly recommend Zibo.co

Outstanding customer service! Zibo has done an excellent job in helping us streamline and automate an old school portfolio. Kudos for their patience while we slowly convert to electronic rent collection.
