We are an independent reference laboratory that performs both anatomic and clinical testing, including COVID PCR. Throughout the pandemic Azer helped our facility to obtain supplies that were critical to our operations (even assisting with the import of pipette tips from Germany when all US manufacturers were unable to keep up with demand). Still today, we are consistently struggling with supply chain issues and Azer is always available to assist. Additionally, they respond very quickly to requests and provide reliable information as to availability and expected delivery times. I would like to take this opportunity to offer my sincere appreciation to Alicia Hawkins. Her support and hard work allowed our laboratory to continue to provide high-throughput COVID testing throughout the last two years without any interruption to service. I can unequivocally provide Azer with an excellent review. Their service and the quality of their products have both been outstanding.

Azer is a very well run company. We use them for just about all of our laboratory needs. If something is unavailable, we are notified and given an option get something in place of or and idea of when it will be available. I've personally worked with Alicia for a number of years and could not be happier with Azer as a purveyor.

Azer is the only company who makes a specific product that our lab needs, their prices were obviously waaay cheaper than going through the "big ones" that simply buy Azer products and re-sell. Quick delivery, despite the ongoing shortages around the country and the world.
