We used Azer for Histology product and found they did not notify us when we overpaid, so we asked for a refund for the difference and they refused to do the right thing and refund us the difference. They were not friendly either. I wouldn't recommend.

Outstanding customer service and support

Our Auto-stainer began leaking all over the desktop during a busy Mohs session. We called Azer, but unfortunately, our usual rep was away. One of his colleagues, Alicia, stepped in and came out to our office the very next day! Alicia approached the problem with a reassuring calmness that put our lab at ease. The issue of the overflowing water reservoir was caused by tissue remnant backup that in turn clogged the outflow water tube. Once identified, Alicia began to flush and clear the remnants. Alicia was able to get our lab back on track by turning a brick wall into a minor hiccup with ease! We are so grateful for Alicia's assistance and persistence that day!

Azer is willing to work with us on finding any products we need! And they always ensure we have prompt delivery, even if it means hand delivering products to the lab!
