Hello Andrew, Thank you for reaching out and giving this feedback. We will review with our management team for any changes in the future. However the person you spoke with was correct, we do require an account to be created and approved prior to the order being processed. We manufacture and distribute a large number of medical devices, regulated chemicals, etc. and need to ensure by law that we are shipping to a verified account. We try to turn the approvals around as quickly as possible, and you can always place urgent orders over the phone with a credit card. We appreciate your understanding and hope you give us a chance to earn your business!

Reviewing your account it seems that most of your orders have shipped on time with the exception of an out of stock item. We try to be transparent about out of stock items on our website, and per our standard operating procedure do not charge your credit card until your order ships.
