AzcozyReviews of azcozy.com

Talk about Shanghai, China. I ordered a so-called quilt from Azcozy. It wasn't really a quilt except in the sense that it had quilting done to it. The top did not look like the photos. The back was black and was folded to the front, but it looked totally off white in the photos. The top and back both felt like plastic, maybe polyester. Also, the top had a misprint of the pattern and splotches on it. When I requested to return the blanket, the location for returns is in China and was going to cost more than what I paid for the blanket. This company is a fraud.

What a horrible horrible company. I ordered a area rug, what a piece of junk! It's a over sized bath mat! This company should be shut down, its ripping off people that work hard for their money. Scam artists, no better then theifs!

Poor quality, nothing like the picture! I think they are a scam. When ask for a refund they were terrible ! Shame on this company!

Ordered two bed quilts. Got generic updates from the 'American' company directer Brayden Rogers. All about how it was bieng specially made for me, he was looking at the quilt now and it was fantastic! And best of all its going through quality control procedure to ensure it was perfect. These emails were days /weeks after I had recieved an email from D. H. L China to say they had it and and is was on its way to me.! Bad enough lying about the procedures it was going through, but to pretend it's an American company, and no mention of China at all, was very deceptive. I DO NOT Order anything from China due to complete lack of quality and misleading ads they produce. Too late to cancel now, and can only wait for the bad quality items these other reviews state. And no chance of getting a refund as postage back to China would negate the money paid. Fuming to say the least!. 😠 **update*** have recieved two nylon printed designs, one so badly distorted it's unrecognizable as the horse head it's supposed to be!. Customs declaration quoted value as £14.99 on the parcel. . And they are not even worth that much. Two shower curtains not fit as dog bedding, instead of cotton quilted and appliques quilts as per advertised photos of the products. They clearly have stolen genuine quilted photos from American designers to promote thier poor quality, badly made reproductions that nowhere represent a 'quilt'. It's so abhorrent that these scam sellers are immune to misselling laws in both America, (where they've stolen designs from,) and the U. K laws that they have exported goods too. And worse Facebook keep taking money for advertising from these sellers knowing full well, the quality and copyright /selling laws they are breaking in the countries the ads are bieng shown in. Disgusting.

Absolute trash. Not worth the cheapest $2.00 quilt. Cheap material! Trash!!

Do NOT consider this company. It is fraudulent. I paid $80 for quilt. Junky material, only good as car throw.

When this company popped up during a search for a comforter, I had my doubts. So I investigated. RED FLAG...there is no phone number RED FLAG...website has only been running for 122 days RED FLAG...Prices are too good to be true folks! RED FLAG...positive reviews are stolen from real website reviews

This company sucks!!! Rip off!! Blanket was not a blanket. And certainly not what I ordered. I could have gone the second store and got better quality! I don’t know they can scam people like this and get by with it.
