I have to give it one star as there is nothing less. I ordered a bracelet for my granddaughter. I waited for the delivery. I reached out, told them that I never received the bracelet. They told me that they would look into it. That I should check with my neighbors. They just informed me that they to either reimburse my money or send me a new bracelet because the records indicate that it was delivered. That might be the case on their records. However, I did not receive anything. Do not order from this company. Do not order from this company Do not order from this company!

Absolute horrid service. Sends emails claiming the order is on the way or will arrive soon and tracking shows absolutely nothing. Customer service does not reply unless they see a chargeback. Avoid. Such an obvious scam once you realize they ripped their pics from other brands.

This entire site is a Scam and Sophie is not a real person, they sent me glued together plastic painted Jewelry and then never responded to my Customer Service request, products also arrived over a month after order and they refused to refund me. I had to contact my credit card company.

If I could give no stars I would. Customer service appalling - never respond until you raise a chargeback with your bank then customer services spring into action. Avoid at all costs- please learn from my awful and stressful experience.

This company is a scam. Don’t buy anything from them. The item they sent looks nothing like the photos. It’s basically trash. I requested a refund, but they never responded to my emails, and my money is gone.

If there would be a negative star to give, I would. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST! Theybstart off very friendly and accomodating until they get your money for a very cheap sst of jewelry. Clearly misrepresenting. Once you get your item which takes 2 months minimum to arrive and you request a return and a refund they disappear.

Do not purchase from this business, it's a complete scam. They will take your order and money and then send you tracking that will never arrive. When you try to contact them they will email to say it's held up at the couriers please be patient, but then you getting nothing from them. I wish I would have read the reviews here first before purchasing, looks like they have scammed a few people and need sitting down.
