Bad bad bad I bought a wristwatch and I never get de package they stole me 100 dollars

I would give 0 stars if i could. Ordered 2 items - one came broken, could not get a way to return it, was offered 50% “goodwill” refund which they never sent snd second item was wrongly advertised as adjustable but wasnt so could not use. Also no way to return to get a refund and then Customer Service stopped responding after a month of trying to work out a resolution.

Jacket was a poor replica of item shown. Was not worth the month it to delivery and the money the jacket cost. Do not buy from this site.

Awful company. Sent a faulty bracelet Nov 2025 and still fighting them for a replacement. Don't spend your money with them as it will only lead to grief.

Customer service doesnt reply, they claim lifetime insurance and that the jewlery doesnt tarnish but mine looks horrible. Scam company selling bad quality jewlery and then they dont respond. Avoid

Ayuna sent me the wrong bracelet and REFUSES to correct it. I have been fighting with them for OVER 2 WEEKS! This is insane! Do not buy from them!! They are a complete scam business that will purposely send you the wrong item thats not even listed on their website and keep your money!!!

DO NOT BUY from this company. Complete scam company. The tracking info they send you is a dead end & doesn’t even give you tracking information. The customer service rep (Sophie) takes forever to respond and does not give you any useful information as to where your product is. Luckily I have a great credit card company that reimbursed me since I have yet to receive my purchase almost 3 weeks after ordering.

AVOID. This is a SCAM company. I ordered a bracelet and after a long wait and many unanswered inquiries, I received AN EMPTY PACKAGE. The company does not respond. Deserves less than one star
