Another amazing Bach tincture! Helps soften the negative and repetitive dialogue in my head bringing about a cheerier outlook and a lighter being. Definitely helping me "let go". I take 4 drops in water 3-4 times a day when the situation or head dialogue warrants it. Took about 2 weeks to feel noticeable effect. Never want to be without!!
