This is the most honest and diligent well being company I have purchased from. I do not have a great deal of means but I feel that they treat me as they would treat a SF socialite. I have bought a few items that are very expensive to me that others may not have to budget for. But every person I have communicated with answers all my questions getting back the same day. They make you feel like you’re part of the Ayla family. I highly recommend them even for a tiny purchase. They have excellent products and excellent customer service.

The Ayla Team is very helpful in terms of product knowledge and customer support. The product selection is well curated and the website product descriptions are thoughtful and detailed. The samples with order and custom sample service really help to determine what works. When I fell in love with a sample (the Dara Kennedy Eye Serum) I ordered the full size and emailed the Ayla Team and they got it shipped out that day to minimize the shipping time to the east coast. Ayla has become my “beauty go-to” and I’m grateful for the rewards program!
