Had a very positive experience with Ayla customer service and the site itself.. Friendly immediate response and timely resolution to my ordering issue (problem was on my end) was greatly appreciated. Brand offerings are on point. The staff reviews or experiences with products are extremely helpful. I pored over the Vintner’s Daughter Essence and Yüli’s Ambrosia Beauty Nectar reviews repeatedly before deciding which product to purchase first. I love that they offer a plethora of samples with your order and bonus, for $7 (?) you can request specific samples.

I ordered a few sunscreens from Ayla, and I love them! I can be picky, but they recommended some great stuff. Awesome customer service and quick shipping 10/10! :)

I love Ayla! I've always preferred to support small businesses over the larger chains, particularly over this past year with so many smaller businesses struggling. Now in my fifties, my skin has become much more sensitive to products so I switched to using all clean beauty products. Macrene Actives is my favorite so far and has completely changed the trajectory of my aging skin. I used to wrestle with redness here and there but no more. I really love that Ayla has an option to purchase samples of products (that don't come in sample sizing) for $7 so you may try certain products before spending a lot of money on them. I have also enjoyed the "pick something for me" option in checkout in regards to samples. Everything they've sent me so far I've really liked and purchased. I can't wait to visit in person the next time I'm in SF.

I am always blown away by how considerate and kind and helpful the members of the Ayla staff are. Also, I have learned so much from Dara's emails about the carefully curated products. Sunday's emails are always an exciting and educational way to start the morning.
