Ayla’s customer service is Awsome! Their line of brands are great, their shipping is very quick, and their detailed description of products are much appreciated. Overall love them! Just wish I lived close to their store so I can experience it all in person!

I rarely give out 5 stars, because good service and products that work should be the baseline. Yes, the products are just as described, and yes, the customer service is superb. Ayla always goes over and above - hand written notes in the shipping boxes, biodegradable packing materials, questions answered quickly, and the samples! They are serious about their products and customer service, but most importantly, not too serious about themselves.

Always the BEST customer service, I have been a client for 10 years!
