5 stars! Their property management service is exactly what we were looking for when opening our new short term rental and the team has been amazing to work with. Thanks Awning for making it so easy for us to up our investment portfolio!

A very knowledgeable and helpful management company for anyone going into vacation rentals. Highly recommend!

Awning is an exceptional company and does a terrific job with Short Term Rental Property Management. Awning's services are top notch and the quality of services provided far exceed what you get with Vacasa, Red Awning, Evolve, and others. They take a much more personalized approach. The prices are a great value especially for what you get. Humberto and Andreis are super knowledgeable and extremely professional.

As a first-time real estate investor, I was feeling overwhelmed and unsure about where to start. That's when I discovered Awning, an amazing short term real estate investing platform. The platform is user-friendly, with a wealth of information and resources readily available to help me make informed investment decisions. The team behind the platform is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, always available to answer my questions and provide guidance. Thanks Awnings platform, I was able to find several potential properties that have great returns. I love that I can invest in properties all over the country, without having to physically be there, and the platform takes care of all the hard work for me. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get into real estate investing, regardless of their experience level. It truly is the game-changer that makes real estate investing accessible to the average person.

I highly recommend Awning to any owners looking for a professional and reliable property management company

They're super easy to work with. I'm used to working with local property manager located near my property, but my issue was that they didn't offer 24/7 support like Awning. I love the ability to just message them and quickly get someone to respond to my questions or requests. My guests have great reviews too.

Lies, mismanagement, and overall inability to manage a property. In short, I had to babysit them so much as a property manager, that I just decided to self manage. Not only is it obviously cheaper, but it’s actually less work!!!

awesome team, very helpful and flexible
