WARNING: Think Twice Before Hiring This Company Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise others to be very cautious before doing business with California Awning. I was given a price and assured that the awning would be the correct size we had agreed upon. However, when the company arrived, they brought an awning that was significantly smaller than the agreed-upon size. Instead of providing what was promised, I felt pressured to accept the wrong size or pay more money than the price we had originally agreed on. To make matters worse, my property was damaged during this incident, and the workers left without resolving the damage. I have the police report and am pursuing the matter through Small Claims Court to seek compensation for the damage to my property. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. My advice to anyone considering this company is to get all measurements, specifications, and prices in writing, and do not feel pressured to accept a product that does not match your agreement. Make sure you carefully inspect everything before accepting the work. I am sharing my experience to warn other potential customers and encourage them to protect themselves before hiring this company.

It was a great weekend in the city and a wonderful stay in a beutiful apartment we walked down the riverwalk into downtown several times. Our youngest had a tremendous 11th birthday. I look forward to staying again on our next trip to the D.

“I did a solo trip to get a reset from RN burnout. AMAZING. One of the staff gave me lobster tails and I cooked them in my nice little kitchen. You could see the ocean from the room. It was nice to explore St. John and Magen’s Bay, go snorkeling, or just hang at the private beach and 3 pools on the resort. I will most definitely be back… thank you Point Pleasant for my dream vacation. Unforgettable <3

We'd definitely recommend this mountain retreat. It had all the perks we needed, a fantastic location, and heaps of nearby attractions. Perfect if you're after a good mix of relaxation and adventure.

Wish I could give zero stars. They use an answering service for their property management facade, farm oti cleaning to Turno and farm out maintenance to Thumbtack yet state they are a fills service company. When you need them for anything nok e is available via phone and they use the answering service to take messages and offer no support or resolution. Do not use them to host as you will be pulling your hair out and end up managing yourself whole chasing them down

Not worth it. They don’t care about you and your portfolio. Denied me because my property didn’t estimate earnings over 50k a year. They just want a paycheck. Move on.

Where do I begin? They are super disorganized, you're dealing with different people, they can't seem to get their stuff together, they overcharged me several hundred dollars 8 months ago and STILL haven't paid me back... Truly an abysmal experience.
