Hi Ms Brewer, I'm so sorry for your trouble. After looking into this personally, it seems the shocking $440 total was due to a couple of duplicate orders for some reason, which have been fully refunded. You should already see those amounts refunded in your acct, and we've also cancelled your subscription so you will not be billed. We're very sorry again for the confusion, and wish you the very best!
