AWBridal dress dimensions were too tight and the bride didn’t like the color swatch as it wasn’t the same as on the website. When I tried to return the item, they wouldn’t give me a return address and just said they’d credit me $20, so I still lost $80, when I could have lost only $40 for shipping it back. My suggestion: BUY AMERICAN MADE

I ordered from this company specifically due to a time frame limit. I paid for express shipping which listed a specific date within my time frame. I ordered a standard size because tailoring wouldn’t allow it to arrive in time. I ordered two dresses because the website specifically said standard sizes could be returned. I contacted the company about 10 days later and was told they couldn’t deliver to me before my event, even though the site said they could. They also said they don’t accept returns even though the website specifically said they do on standard sizes. I even went back to check in case I misread it initially, and it is clearly stated that they do accept returns on standard sizes. I am left without a dress and without enough time to order elsewhere. The company refunded me but didn’t offer any sort of apology. Their website clearly states many lies. If you’re on a time crunch or unsure about your dress, don’t believe their return policy or their delivery dates.

Order takes longer than expected just for a regular size. The quality is very cheap. If you try to return a $120 purchase they tell you that you’re “better off” with a $20 return because shipping back is too expensive. Do not purchase anything from this website

This company is a scam. I ordered a bridesmaids dress, didn't get a confirmation e-mail or anything, but they took the money out ouf my account right away of course. FINALLY got someone to answer me on facebook and was told I should have the dress by the 10th. On the 10th I didn't get my dress, not huge deal but I asked for a tracking number. Overnight I recieved an e-mail that the fabric I ordered was no longer availble and they couldn't make the dress. They had weeks to tell me this and didn't! So I had to go to another bridal store and get a dress expedited. Now we will see if I get a refund. HORRIBLE.

a star is unfortunately still too much. Be careful with this provider! Really! I ordered a dress here on 26.01. I received an order confirmation and a confirmation that my order is now being processed. since then I haven't heard anything about it (it's been exactly one month since then). Repeated requests via email about what's going on with the order have been ignored. when trying to track my shipment, I always get a message that I have the wrong number. learn from my mistake and order somewhere else! I can't explain how the good ratings come about here, for the best of my knowledge, these are probably bought.

Company contacted me to promote them on my social media in exchange for agreed sum. Once I've completed my part of a deal, they completely ghosted on me and I was not able to contact them through any email. Disgraceful, really. If quality of your products is as good as your PR I'd strongly recommend everyone NOT to get involved with this company.

Never received my item!!! I ordered for a wedding shawl!!! I Paid shipping to expedite delivery! Was guarantee between a 4 day time frame, 6 day after that it still had not left your warehouse!!! There was no more time for me to wait I needed to figure something else out because was sure it would not be here in time!!! I Had to cancel my order!!!! Have contacted you 3 time!!! Amazon tried twice and we never got a response!!! I will never order from you and make sure people I know don’t!!!! Beyond ridiculous!!! Update your customers!!!! Customer service is key to doing business!!! Apparently you don’t care!!!!!
